摘要
美国在《共同核心州立标准》颁布之前,各州学前教育课程标准已呈现出体系的成熟化和内容的完备性,使得美国课程标准化运动获得原初动力和根本保障。美国学前教育课程改革所遵循的自下而上的发展路径,与我国采取自上而下的道路选择截然不同。从美国州一级学前课程标准的建构与发展中,我们可以清晰地看到:区域学前课程标准的完善是我国学前课程标准成熟的重要前提;学前课程评价体系研究的深入是我国学前课程标准再建的重要方面,幼儿学习素养的养成和学习型社会的建构是我国学前课程标准完善的根本保障。
Before issuing the“common core state standards”, the kindergarten curriculum standards of most states in America have presented mature system and complete content, which offer fundamental power and guarantee. Reform of American kindergarten curriculum followed way of bottom-to-top, which is different from our country that followed way of top-to-bottom. We can see clearly from the construction and development from American state kindergarten curriculum standards that perfection of district kindergarten curriculum standards is a significant precondition for China's kindergarten curriculum standards' mature construction. Lucubrating of kindergarten curriculum evaluation system is important part for reconstruction of our kindergarten curriculum standards, and for the cultivation of learning ability of children and for the construction of learning society, which are an essential guarantee for consumma- tion of our kindergarten curriculum standards.
