改革开放后上海中小学德育课程发展轨迹

The Curriculum Development Track of Moral Education in Primary and Secondary School of Shanghai after the Reform and Opening up

摘要 上海市中小学德育课程教材改革涵盖现行小学"品德与社会"、初中"思想品德"和高中"思想政治"三门显性德育课程。在指导思想、课程目标、课程内容、课程实施、课程评价等方面都经历了实践—改进—深化的过程,教材作为载体是课程改革的重要组成部分,它客观记录了课程发展与变迁。本文试图通过对上海市一、二期课改小学、初中、高中各学段教材的分析比较,呈现改革开放30年来上海中小学德育课程的变化轨迹。 The moral education curriculum reform in primary and secondary school of Shanghai covers “character and society” in primary school, “ideology and moral character”in middle school and “ideological and political” in high school, three dominant moral education courses. The guiding ideology, curriculum goal, curriculum content, curriculum implementation, curriculum evalua- tion and so on are all experiencing the process of practice, improvement and deepening. The teaching material as the carrier is an im- portant part of curriculum reform; it objectively recorded the curriculum development and change. Through the first and second phase of curriculum reform of Shanghai, the curriculum in elementary school, junior high school, high school, this article attempts to ana- lyze and compare the teaching material, to present trajectory of primary and secondary school moral education course during the 30 years' reform and opening up in Shanghai.
