环境正义视角下的差别生态责任初探

On the Differentiated Ecological Responsibility in the Context of Environmental Justice

人类作为地球生命共同体,负有保护地球环境家园的共同生态责任。然而,生态环境区域间差别和同类主体区域内差别的存在,导致同类主体在环境利益分配和环境风险分担上的不公平。环境正义的实现不仅要求同类主体承担共同的生态责任,而且要求它们承担有差别的生态责任,这是普遍正义和个别正义在生态保护领域的延伸和体现。

Human is the whole community with life on the earth.Every body has the common ecological responsibility to protect the environment around him.However,ecological environment is different from region to region.Meanwhile,those who use the environment as resource through the same method in the same place,are different form each other.Thus,the dis-tribution of the environmental goods and burdens among some kind of body is not fair and equal.As a kind of social justice,en-vironment justice requires that ecological responsibility is not only common among different places but also different from body to body.In the other hand,environmental justice is the expression of universal justice and individual justice in the field of envi-ronment protection.
