辅助定位膜和CT指引下肺部微小结节注射美兰定位在胸腔镜手术中的应用

摘要 目的探讨辅助定位膜和CT指引下肺部微小结节注射美兰定位在胸腔镜手术中的应用价值。方法选取我院接收的86例行定位膜和CT指引下肺部微小结节注射美兰定位胸腔手术治疗的肺微小结节患者作为本次的研究对象,并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组86例患者的结节直径均≤1cm,且本组患者均行全胸腔镜腺癌切除术治疗,其中48例患者转行全胸腔镜下肺叶切除术治疗,占55.8%,3例患者转常规开胸手术治疗,占3.5%。本组患者术前行定位膜和CT引导下美兰定位均成功,其成功率为100%。结论胸腔镜术前行定位膜和CT引导下行美兰定位术可取得良好的定位效果,尤其是定位膜的使用,有助于明显提高结节定位的准确性,均一次成功,最大限度减少了定位所致的创伤,减少了定位导致的并发症,定位膜可多次使用,减低了医疗费用,有较高的应用价值,可推广应用。 Objective To study the auxiliary positioning film and CT guided lung small nodules injection meilan positioning in the value of thoracoscope surgery. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 86 cases of patients with nodules were less than equal to the diameter of 1 cm, and this whole group of patients underwent thoracoscopic re- section of adenocarcinoma, including 48 cases of patients to switch to full - thoracoscopic lobectomy treatment, ac- counting for 55.8%, 3 patients turn conventional thoracotomy surgery, accounting for 3.5%. Before this group of pa- tients preoperative localization films and CT - guided positioning Meilan were successful, and their success rate was 100%. Conclusion For positioning the film before thoracoscopy and CT guided surgery can achieve good Meilan po- sitioning, especially using film to significantly improve the accuracy of the positioning of nodules. It minimized posi- tioning caused trauma, reduced the complications caused by the positioning. Positioning the film can be used repeat- edly, reduce medical costs. It should be widely applied.
