摘要
目的分析某院重症监护室(ICU)多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(MDRAB)的耐药性和同源性。方法11株MDRAB在同一时期分离自ICU患者痰标本、环境物品和医务人员手。运用VITEK2Compact进行抗菌药物敏感试验(MIC),脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分析菌株的同源性。结果对左氟沙星的耐药率最低(54.5%),其次为哌拉西林/他唑巴坦(81.8%),对其他17种抗菌药物的耐药率均很高(90.9%~100%)。PFGE共分为A、B、C、D4个型,其中A型为主要流行克隆株。结论该院ICU分离的MDRAB对临床常用的抗生素耐药性严重。患者间存在A型MDRAB克隆株的交叉感染。
Objective To investigate the drug resistance and the homology of multidrug - resistant Acineto- bacter baumannii (MDRAB) isolated from an intensive care unit (ICU). Methods Eleven strains of MDRAB were isolated from ICU at the same time. The antimicrobial susceptibility were determined by using the Vitek -2 Compact System, and the homology of the strains was analyzed by PFGE. Results All the MDRAB isolates were showed high resistant to seventeen antimicrobial compounds (90.9% to 100% ). 54.5% of the MDRAB isolates were resistant to ciprofloxaein, and 81. 80/0 of the MDRAB isolates were resistant to piperacillin/tazo- bactam. Eleven MDRAB strains were classified into 4 types based on PFGE pulsotypes, named type A, B, C and D. Isolates of type A were the main epidemic strains. Conclusion The drug resistance rate of MDRAB isolated from ICU is high. There has been clonal spread of type A stains among patients.
