老年人生活质量及其社区护理需求调查分析

INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS OF QUALITY LIFE AND COMMUNITY NURSING DEMAND FOR THE ELDERLY

目的调查并分析广州市花都区新华街老年人生活质量及其社区护理的需求情况。方法选择本区2012年1月16日-2014年1月16日期间收集的老年人1230例作为调查对象，采用生活质量综合问卷（GQOLI-74）和自制的老年人社区护理需求调查表对本区老年人生活质量及其社区护理需求进行调查分析。结果本区老年人的生理领域质量评分为（59．23±12．32）、心理领域评分为（52．71±10．34）、社会关系领域评分为（48．67±11．51）；而其对疾病预防需求评分为（4．23±1．28）、健康促进需求评分为（3．91±0．87）、疾病护理需求评分为（4．34±1．12）。结论花都区新华街老年人的生活质量评分总体偏低，而护理需求评分则处于较高水平，应当采取有针对性的措施，满足老年人的护理需求并提高其生活质量。

Objective To investigate and analyze the life and community nursing demand for the elderly in Xinhua Street District. Methods 1 230 elderly patients in this community were selected from January 16,2012 to January 16,2014 as the research object. By the general quality life inventory （GQOLI -74） and a self- made ques- tionnaire of community nursing needs, we investigated and analyzed the life and community nursing demand for the elderly. Results In this area, the elderly physical field quality score was （59.23 ± 12.32 ） ; the psychological do- main score was （52.71 ± 10.34） and the social domain score was （48.67 ±11.51 ）. Its impact on disease preven- tion needs score was （4.23 ± 1.28）; the health promotion needs score was （3.91 ±0. 87） and the nursing needs score was （4.34 ± 1.12）. Conclusion The quality life scores are lower, but care needs score are higher in Xinhua Street District. We should take targeted measures to meet the needs of the elderly care and improve the quality of life.
