摘要 通过分析弧齿线圆柱齿轮的展成原理和齿轮齿条的啮合原理,提出一种面向制造的弧齿线圆柱齿轮建模方法。基于UG的二次开发,建立了面向制造弧齿线圆柱齿轮的三维模型。采用有限元分析方法分析了在相同条件下不同齿线半径的弧齿线圆柱齿轮的最大接触应力,得出了齿线半径对弧齿线圆柱齿轮接触线长度的影响和最大接触应力的影响规律曲线,进而为该齿轮的设计及工程应用提供了必要的理论依据。 A modeling method for manufacture of circular - arc - tooth - trace ( CATT) cylindrical gear is proposed by analyzing the generating theory and meshing principle of gear and rack. Based on the secondary de- velopment of UG software, the three - dimensional model of CAtt cylindrical gear for manufacturing is estab- lished. The maximum contact stress of CATT cylindrical gear with different tooth line radius are analyzed under the same condition by using the method of finite element analysis. Reveal The influence of the tooth line radius on the contact line length and the maximum contact stress of CATT cylindrical gear and the influence law curve of the maximum contact stress are obtained, which provides the necessary theoretical basis for the design and engineering application of the CATT cylindrical gear.
