纳米TiN粒子对TiN-Ni合金镀层机械性能的影响

摘要 应用化学沉积技术在汽车变速器行星齿轮轴上沉积一层纳米TiN-Ni合金镀层,试验表明纳米TiN粒子提高了TiN-Ni合金镀层的硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,摩擦系数也有增大。纳米TiN粒子均匀地弥散分布在TiN-Ni镀层合金的晶胞中,形成了金属合金陶瓷镀层,镀层组织致密而坚硬,且镀层中有无数个硬点,起到强化TiN-Ni合金镀层机械性能的作用。 Application of chemical deposition technology, a layer of nanometer TiN - Ni alloy is coated in the planet gear shaft of automotive transmission, the tests show that the nano -TiN particle increase the hard- ness and the wear - resisting performance and the chemical resistance of the plating of TiN - Ni alloy, also in- crease the friction coefficient for it. The nano - TiN particle is diffused in the unit cell of the layer of nanometer TiN - Ni alloy, they form the plating of metal alloy and ceramic, the plating is densification and hardness, there are a lot of the hardness nano - TiN, the mechanical property of TiN - Ni alloy coating is improved.
