摘要
对某电厂直接空冷系统风机用减速机的故障进行了检测,并对减速机所含齿轮、轴和轴承等关键部件进行计算分析。分析显示,减速机齿轮强度偏低,存在轴弯曲变形引起齿面载荷分布不均和附加动载荷、轴承寿命偏低等问题。根据当前存在的问题,提出技术改进建议。
The malfunction detection cylindrical gear reducer used in axial flow fan of direct air cooled system and the calculation analysis of the reducer key part containing gear, shaft and bearing are carried out. The result display that gear strength low and excessive shaft bending brings the problem of the tooth surface load maldistribution and additional dynamic load, bearing life low and so on. According to current problem, the technical improve proposition is suggested.
