应用复合型生物脱氮技术的合成氨工业废水处理工程设计 被引量:4

摘要 河南省某合成氨企业废水的产生量为10 000 m3/d,该工业废水具有NH3-N浓度高、可生化性较差、碳氮比值偏低、污染物种类多等特点。本工程设计采用"复合型生物脱氮-氧化破氰-絮凝-沉淀"组合工艺进行处理,介绍了各工艺单元的主要设计参数。在进水CODCr、NH3-N平均质量浓度分别为469和169 mg/L的情况下,经本工艺处理后出水CODCr、NH3-N平均质量浓度分别为43和6 mg/L,出水水质达到DB 41/538—2008《合成氨工业水污染物排放标准》一级标准要求。 The amount of wastewater from a synthetic ammonia enterprise in Henan province is 10 000 m3/d, and the said kind of wastewater was characterized by high ammonia nitrogen concentration, poor biodegradabil-ity, low C/N ratio, various kinds of pollutants and so on. The combined process of composite biological denitrifi-cation-cyanide breaking oxidation-flocculation-sedimentation was adopted in the design of synthetic ammonia industrial wastewater treatment engineering. When the average mass concentrations of CODCr and NH3-N in the influent water were 469 and 169 mg/L respectively, through the treatment, the said two indexes of the effluent water decreased to 43 and 6 mg/L respectively, which indicated that the effluent water quality met the specifica-tion of grade 1 in DB 41/538-2008 Ammonia Industrial Water Pollutant Discharge Standards.
