为提高石灰竖窑的产量,将采用高炉煤气煅烧生产石灰的竖窑改为采用煤气热值较高的高炉和焦炉混合煤气煅烧生产石灰,,通过调整操作方法,在保证石灰质量的同时,提高了石灰的产量,保证了生产需要。

In order to increase the production of lime kiln, BF gas fired lime kiln was modified into one fired with blast furnace gas and high content coke oven gas mixture which was of higher calorific value. By the adjustment of operation method, lime production was increased while lime quality ensured. The production requirement was met.
