摘要
针对天铁动力厂1#电动鼓风机齿轮箱振动波动故障,分析出其产生原因包括振动检测装置的测振带狭窄、振动固定座不规范、振动监测装置的振动传感器选型有误等。结合电动鼓风机工作现状,制定出相应的解决方案,解决了电动鼓风机齿轮箱振动波动的问题,保障了机组安全平稳运行。
In order to settle the vibration fluctuation fault of the gearbox of electric blower 1 used for No 6 BF, the causes analyzed includes the short vibration test band and lack of standardization at per- manent seat for vibration measurement device, wrong vibration sensor selection for vibration monitoring device and etc. In according with the production situation of electric blower, the vibration problem was solved with a relevant solution and the smooth and stable running of machinery was ensured.
