摘要
针对炼铁化验室出现生铁抽样重现率偏低的现象,分析了影响分析结果准确度的因素。通过实施定期清扫保养真空系统部件,控制样品表面加工质量,保持分析环境达标等控制措施,提高了生铁成分的分析准确度及生铁抽样重现率。
Aiming at the problem of extended service equipment and low sampling rate of recurrence of Iron Laboratory, the factors influencing the accuracy of analysis results were analyzed. Control measures of executing periodical cleaning and maintaining the component of vacuum system, controlling the surface processing quality of the sample and keeping analysis environment within the standard were taken to increase the sampling recurrence rate of pig iron.
