摘要
为提高金属室温拉伸试验数据的准确度,对拉伸试验中的各种影响因素进行试验分析。试验结果表明,试样、测量工具、试验设备、试样夹持方法、试验机拉伸速率、试验室温度、试验人员等因素对拉伸试验的结果影响较大。制定出具有针对性的方法和措施,在一定程度上减小了试验数据误差,提高了试验结果准确度。
In order to improve the accuracy of data from metal tensile test at room temperature, all influencing factors in tensile test were tested and analyzed. Test results showed factors of sample, measuring tool, testing equipment, sample holding method, tensile speed of testing machine, laboratory temperature and testing personnel had big influence on the results of tensile test. Relevant approaches and measures were defined, reducing the error of test data in certain degree and improving the accuracy of test results.
