摘要
《千金方》专辟"热痢"篇,总结了唐以前有效治疗热痢的经方及民间验方,为后世医家治疗热痢提供了理论基础。本文对《千金方》热痢篇条文进行归纳、整理,探讨孙思邈对热痢病因、分类、治则及预后的研究,并结合现代科学技术研究孙思邈常用治疗热痢的方剂、方药,为临床治疗溃疡性结肠炎提供依据。
Qian Jin Fang provised heat dysentery chapter specially, summarized the effective treatment and private prescrip- tion of heat dysentery before Tang Dynasty, providing a theoretical basis for later treatment of heat dysentery. In this paper, heat dysentery chapter in Qian Jin Fang was summarized, organized, discussing the cause of the heat dysentery, classification, treatment and prognosis of SUN Simiao＇ s research, combined with the clinical modem science and technology to research the prescription, providing the basis for treatment of ulcerative cditis.
