基于数据包络分析法的颈椎病中医综合方案的疗效评价

Effect Evaluation of TCM Integrated Programme of Cervical Spondylosis Based on Data Envelopment Analysis

目的:研究数据包络分析法的颈椎病不同治疗方案的疗效评价。方法:3种治疗方案为针灸+中药离子透入+中药熏洗、推拿+中药离子透入+中药熏洗、针灸+推拿+中药离子透入+中药熏洗,投入指标为治疗总费用,产出指标为VAS评分比较及颈椎JOA功能评分改善指数,运用C2R模型和BC2模型进行数据包络分析。结果:针灸+推拿+中药离子透入+中药熏洗组的C2R及BC2模型效率值均显著高于其他两组,且在VAS评分比较、JOA评分改善率更接近理想情况。结论:对比临床上现有的方案评价方法,数据包络分析更为科学和实用,特别在中医综合方案选择上具有较大的应用推广价值。

Objective ： To research data envelopment analysis method of cervical spondylosis curative effect evaluation of differ- ent treatments. Methods ： Three treatment programs ： acupuncture ＋ penetrating herbal ion ＋ herbal fumigation, manipulation ＋ pene- trating herbal ion ＋ herbal fumigation, acupuncture ＋mar, ipulation ＋ penetrating herbal ion ＋ herbal fumigation. Input indicators for the total cost of treatment. Output indicators for the VAS scores and cervical JOA score improvement index, C2R model and BC2 model using for data envelopment analysis. Results：C2R model and BC2 model efficiency values of acupuncture ＋ manipulation ＋ penetrating herbal ion ＋ herbal fumigation group were significantly higher than that of the other two groups, and the VAS score, JOA score improvement rate were closer to the ideal situation. Conclusion：Among existing programs on comparative clinical evalu- ation methods,data envelopment analysis is more scientific and practical, especially in the application of TCM integrated pro- gramme,it has a bigger promotion value.
