中药联合心理疗法在小儿多动症患者中的应用

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Psychotherapy in ADHD Patients

目的:探讨在小儿多动症患者中,应用中药联合心理疗法的临床疗效。方法:选取辽宁省中医院收治的小儿多动症患者进行分析,将其随机分为对照组和观察组。分别采用心理疗法和中药联合心理疗法,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率(96.4%)明显高于对照组(75.0%),治疗后的多动指数(6.4±1.7)明显低于对照组(7.3±1.4),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:在小儿多动症患者中,应用中药联合心理疗法能够提高临床治疗效果,促进多动症状的改善,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with psychotherapy for ADHD patients. Methods：ADHD patients who admitted to Liaoning Provincial Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. They used Chinese herbs combined with psychotherapy and psychotherapy, comparing the clinical treatment effect of the two groups. Results ：The effective rate （96.4%） in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the con- trol group（75.0% ） and hyperactivity index in the observation group after treatment （6.4 ± 1.7 ） was significantly lower than that of the control group （7.3 ± 1.4）, P 〈 0.05 and the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion： For children with ADHD, traditional Chinese medicine combined with psychological therapy can improve clinical outcomes and promote the improvement of hyperactivity, worthy of promotion.
