针灸联合整脊治疗中风后遗症的疗效观察

The Clinical Observation on Treating Stroke Hemiplegia Syndrome by Acupuncture and Chiropractic Therapy

目的:观察针灸联合整脊治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2012年7月—2013年12月本院收治的93例中风后遗症患者的临床资料,随机分为观察组47例和对照组46例,对照组采用针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合整脊治疗,7 d为1个疗程,两组均治疗6个疗程,评估临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.49%,对照组总有效率为84.78%,经秩和检验,两组总有效率具有统计学意义(Z=2.164,P<0.05)。经过6个疗程的治疗,两组FIM评分、SF-36评分及ADL评分均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合整脊疗法治疗中风后遗症能够明显改善患者临床症状体征,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and chiropractic therapy in treating stroke hemiplegia syn- drome. Methods ：93 patients,diagnosed as stroke hemiplegia syndrome, were randomly divided into the treatment group 47 cases and the control group 46 cases. The control group was treated by simple acupuncture therapy while the treatment group was given acupuncture and chiropractic treatment. The two groups were treated once a day, 7 days for a course of treatment, interval of 3 clays, up to 6 courses of treatment. The efficacy was evaluated by comparing the experiment indexes after 60 days＇ treatment. Re- sults ： The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After 60 days＇ treatment, the indexes such as FIM score, SF - 36 score and ADL score got improved （ P 〈 0.05 ） and it was higer in the treatment group when comparing with the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Acupuncture and chiropractic therapy can improve the clinical effects and increase patients life quality.
