脐内环穴针刺的思考及适宜规范

The Thinking and Appropriate Norms to the Acupuncture of Umbilical Inner Acupoints

目的：脐内环穴针刺的规范探讨。方法：对脐内环穴针刺的主要操作方法、治疗原理和可规范的相关延伸问题进行思考、比较分析。结果：脐内环穴定位宜取．脐中外0．5寸处作一圆环，环线上均是穴位，适宜的针刺方法是以15°～30°角刺入，针0．5—0．8寸深。操作较适合采用呼吸、针芒迎随补泻的调气方法，在临床上可参以轻度的提插捻转行针手法和对取穴点先后、穴点补泻上予以规定操作。结论：脐内环穴是最基本的和全身性的调气方法，可在定位、针刺方法、呼吸补泻、针芒迎随补泻方面予以规范；并可参以提插捻转手法及在穴点先后、穴点补泻上予以规定。

Objective ： The normative research of the acupuncture of umbilical inner acupoints in clinic manipulation. Methods ： The main methods of operation, treatment principles and the issues related to the extension which can be standardized were dis- cussed, thought about and comparatively analyzed. Results ： The suitable positioning of the acupuncture of umbilical inner acupoints is located in 0.5 inches around the central umbilicus.. The outer edge of the umbilical central all are acupoints. The suitable acu- puncture methods are piercing at 15~ - 30~ angle and acupuncturing O. 5 to O. 8 inches deep. The suitable methods for transferring Qi are the reinforcing and reducing breathing, and the needle mountain greeting with reinforcing and reducing. The suitable in- creased norms are the mention thrusting, the twisting tactics, the acupuncture priorities, and the reinforcing and reducing of acu- points. Conclusion：The umbilical inner acupoints method is the most basic and systemic approach of transferring Qi. It can be standardized in positioning, acupuncture, the reinforcing and reducing breathing and the needle mountain greeting with reinforcing and reducing. And it also can be standardized in the mention thrusting, the twisting tactics, the acupuncture priorities and the rein- forcing and reducing of acupoints.
