Summary and Discussion of Methods of Theoretical Study on Prescription Compatibility

近年来用于方剂配伍理论研究的方法,主要集中在古代文献与传统理论研究、循证医学研究、数据挖掘研究、应用系统科学理论研究4个方面。各种方法各有其优势,但因多种研究方法仍处于起步、探索阶段,就不可避免的存在未突破古人方论模式、如何验证结果的有效性及可用性、研究局限等诸多问题。因此,如何实现多方法的融合、避免单一方法的局限性仍是方剂配伍理论研究方法有待突破的一个重要问题。

In recent years, there are four methods of theoretical study on prescription compatibility. They are research on ancient medical classics and traditional theories, evidence- based medicine research, data mining research, research on scientific theory of application system. Even though each method has its own advantages, they have many problems inevitably such as no breakthrough in the mode of explai＇ning prescriptions of the ancients,how to verify the validity and availability of the results ,limi- tations of research etc,because various research methods are still in the initial and groping stage. Therefore, how to achieve thecombination of multi methods, and avoid the limitations of the single method is still an important problem for the.
