总结了目前国内外重金属检测以及样品前处理方法,对各方法的原理、特点以及优缺点进行对比阐述,为建立一种快速、准确测定食品可接触塑料中重金属迁移量方法提供参考。
This article gave a summary of detection of heavy metals and sample pretreatment methods, and compared the principle, feature, merit and demerit of each method, in order to provide a reference for the establishment of a rapid and accurate way to measure the migration of heavy metal in food contact plastics.
