微孔塑料挤出发泡的冷却方式研究

摘要 通过对两种通过冷却控制泡孔大小的方式进行了实验,实验中发现,在熔体挤出口模后冷却时熔体会堆积在口模出口处,在熔体还在口模内就冷却时熔体会固化在口模内。 In this paper, the experiment on two ways of bubble hole size control was done, which found that melt accumulated in the die exit when cooling after the melt extruded from the die, and then solidified.
