摘要 以双二五(DB)为引发剂、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTES)为接枝单体、以自制AN为高效能催化剂,通过两步法制得硅烷接枝聚烯烃弹性体(POE).研究了接枝物在水浴和空气中的室温自交联反应.通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、万能材料试验机、邵A硬度计等对材料的结构及性能进行了表征和测试.FTIR结果表明,随硅烷质量分数的增加(从1% -4%),接枝到POE分子上的VTES增加,相对接枝率最高可达1.474.该POE-硅烷接枝物在0.15%(质量分数)的AN自制催化剂作用下,其室温下水浴中的交联度可达81%,室温下空气中的交联度为80.53%,说明自制AN催化剂有很好的催化交联效果.力学性能测试表明,相对接枝率为1.367时,交联POE的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均最大,且在水浴下交联和空气中交联的区别不大.POE-硅烷接枝物交联前后的硬度变化不明显. The polyolefin elastomer (POE) grafted silane was prapared by two steps with 2, 5-dimethyl- 2, 5-di(tert-butylperoxy) hexane (DB) as initiator, vinyltriethoxysilane (VTES) as grafted monomer and nomemade AN as high-efficiency catalyst. The room-temperature self crosslinking reactions of the graft polymer in the water and in the air were investigated. The structure and properties of the material were characterized and tested through Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) , universal testing machine, Shore A hardness tester. The FTIR results showed that with the increase of the silane content (from 1% to 4% ), the amount of VTES grafted on POE molecular increased and the relative grafted rate was up to 1. 474. The crosslinking degrees of POE-grafted-VTES at room temperature in the water and in the air were 81.00% and 80. 53% respectively when the content of homemade AN as catalyst was 0. 15% , which showed that homemade AN had a good catalytic effect of crosslinking. The Mechanical tests indicated the tensile strength and elongation at break of crosslinked POE reached the maximum when the relative grafted rate was 1. 367 ; in addition, the mechanical property was not much different in the water and the air. The hardness of POE- grafted-VTES was not obvious before and after crosslinking.
