艾滋病合并马尔尼菲青霉病的血液细胞学特点 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨获得性免疫缺陷综合征合并马尔尼菲青霉病(AIDS-PSM)患者的血液细胞学特点。方法回顾性分析275例AIDS患者血液细胞学检查结果,内容包括外周血常规检查、CD4+T淋巴细胞计数和骨髓细胞分析,其中合并PSM 69例(AIDS-PSM组),未合并PSM 206例(非PSM组)。结果 AIDS-PSM组CD4+T淋巴细胞<50个/μl、"三少"、血小板减少、白细胞减少、骨髓组织细胞活化及巨核细胞发育异常的比例均明显高于非PSM组(P<0.05),而单核细胞>8%的比例则显著低于非PSM组(P<0.05)。结论当AIDS患者外周血CD4+T淋巴细胞<50个/μl、单核细胞<8%并出现"三少"或骨髓涂片中组织细胞活化、血小板减少时应加强对PM感染的监测。
