摘要
甲醇制烯烃过程中,在反应部分反应产物中产生杂质有CO2等酸性气体,目前CO2主要采用氢氧化钠溶液进行脱除并产生废碱液,由于废碱液不能进行再生,且处理费用高,在处理过程中带来的相关环境问题也很大。提出采用固体吸附法代替液相法,固体吸附法可以再生利用避免了废碱处理的高昂费用和处理过程中带来的环境问题。
In the production process of methanol to olefins (MTO), the product gas contained acidic gases, such as CO2, and the main method for removing CO2 from the product gas at present was to scrub the gas with sodium hydroxide solution, which brought the nonrenewable spent caustic liquid required high cost for disposal. A new substitution method of using the solid adsorbent to remove CO2 was proposed, which whould be more economical and environment-friendly.
