摘要
以新疆玫瑰花为原料,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验研究催化剂、反应介质、KOH溶液用量、反应温度、皂化时间对玫瑰花腊质皂化率的影响。结果表明,影响玫瑰花腊质皂化效果各因素的主次顺序是:皂化时间>皂化温度>KOH溶液用量;玫瑰花腊质皂化的最佳工艺条件为:皂化温度90℃,皂化时间4 h,KOH溶液用量为5.17 m L。
The roses in Xinjiang was used as the raw material in this research.By orthogonal test study on the basis of single factor experiments,the effects of the catalysts,reaction medium,KOH dosage ,reaction temperature, saponification time on rose wax saponification were studied.The results showed that ,the affecting order of the factors of rose wax saponification was as follows: saponification time 〉 saponification temperature〉 KOH dosage.The optimum conditions of rose wax saponification were : saponification temperature was 90℃, saponification time was 4 h, KOH dosage of 5.17 mL.
