摘要
在单因素试验基础上设计L9(33)正交试验,研究不同料液比、提取时间、提取温度对荸荠多糖得率的影响,筛选出最佳提取工艺。结果表明:影响荸荠多糖提取率的主次关系依次是料液比、提取时间、提取温度。荸荠多糖最佳提取工艺为:固液比1∶30 g/m L,浸提时间3 h,提取温度80℃,在此工艺条件下,荸荠多糖的得率为1.78%。
Using the methods of single-factor test and orthogonal design test of L9(33), the effects of various factors such as the ratio of sample to water, the extraction time and temperature on the extraction of polysaccharides in Eleochairistoberosa were investigated and the optimal conditions were concluded. The results showed that the main factors from the most important to the less affecting the extraction efficiency of polysaccharides were as following:extraction time,ratio of sample to water and extraction temperature. The optimal extracting conditions are established as following:ratio of sample to water 1 ∶30 , extraction time 3 h hand extraction temperature 80℃. Under the optimized parameters, the extracting rate of polysaccharides in Eleochairistoberosa was 1.78%.
