摘要 建立同时测定锦灯笼果实中5种黄酮类成分的高效液相色谱方法,为以后的锦灯笼质量评价研究做铺垫,并对5个不同产地的锦灯笼果实中黄酮含量进行测定。采用HPLC法,流动相甲醇-水,梯度洗脱;柱温30℃;流速1.0 m L/min;检测波长350 nm。结果表明5种黄酮类成分的线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性良好,符合测定要求。采用高效液相色谱法测定锦灯笼果实中5种黄酮类成分方法简便、准确,对5个不同产地样品测定结果稳定,重现性好。 A high performance liquid chromatography method was established to simultaneously determine 5 flavones,Physalis alkekengi,L.var. fruit quality evaluation research is made later,and Contents of flavones from 5 different area is determined.5 flavones were separated by HPLC ,with amobile phasecomposed of acetonitrile and water at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min through gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 350 nm. An excellent linear relationship between peak areas and concentrations of 5 flavones is established. By high performance liquid chromatography determination of 5 kinds of flavonoids in Physalis alkekengi,L.var. fruit composition method is simple and accurate, and 5 different origin samples determination result is stable and reproducible.
