大型火电机组轴流引风机变频调节与动叶可调节能效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对国内某600MW火电机组静叶可调引风机实际运行工况进行分析,提出了两种改造方案:变频调节和动叶调节。然后分别对这两种改造方案的节能进行分析,最后通过对这两种改造方案的节电率进行比较。结果表明:当风机流量与风机额定流量的比值大于0.768时,动叶可调的节能效果优于变频调速节能方案;当风机流量与风机额定流量的比值小于0.768时,变频调速节能方案更佳。 This paper analyzes the performance of a adjustable stator blade axial induced draft fan in a 600MW thermal power plant. Based on practical operation status, two energy saving modifications are proposed. the modification scheme of frequency regulation and the modification of rotary blade. Then, it compares two modifications through the energy-saving rate, and the results show that, when the ratio between fan flow and the rated flow is lager than 0. 768, the modification scheme of rotary blade is better than the modification scheme of frequency regulation; Otherwise, the modification scheme of frequency regulation is the ftrst choice.
