摘要
本文分析研究了船舶电力系统中多路输出的集成电源输出配电及选择性保护技术,该技术不仅能够自动对配电支路中出现的短路、冲击、过载等现象进行快速识别、判断,而且能够区分配电支路中大电容负载电流冲击造成的短路假象,根据判断结果对配电支路的输出电压是否自动进行调制或在us级时间内是否关断该配电支路,保证其他配电支路的正常工作,达到故障最小化原则的目的。本文通过对输出配电及选择性保护技术原理的分析并进行了试验验证,证明了分析研究结论与原理性样机试验结果一致。
This paper analyzes the distribution and selective protection technology of integrated power converter which has multiple outputs in ship power system. This technology is not only used to identify and diagnose short circuit, impulse current, overload and other phenomenon occurred in distribution branches quickly and automatically, but also is applied to distinguish unreal short circuit caused by the impulse current of large capacitive loads in distribution branches. According to the diagnose results, the technology determines whether to regulate the output voltage of the distribution branch or to cut off the branch within micro seconds, which means it can ensure normal working status of other branches. As a result, the goal of fault minimization can be achieved. Through analyzing the principle of distribution and selective protection technology and conducting experimental tests, it proves the consistency between the conclusion of theoretical research and the results of prototype experiment.
