摘要 自行火炮一般采用4块大容量铅酸蓄电池混联实施启动,蓄电池经常维护保养耗费大量人力物力。如果单独采用2块蓄电池实施启动,则会导致装备作战性能下降。文章对比超级电容和蓄电池的性能,提出采用2块蓄电池和超级电容组成启动电源系统。根据自行火炮电启动线路特点进行设计,需要启动前蓄电池组给超级电容组充电,同时闭锁启动电路,充足电后共同实施启动。新启动电源系统寿命长、适应广、保养省,节省人力物力。 Self-propelled artillery is usually initiated by using four high-capacity lead-acid accumutarors zn series and parallel connection, which require great efforts in constant maintenance in terms of manpower and material resources. Startup by using only two accumulators would lead to the decline of combat performance of the equipment. In the paper, based on the contrast between super capacitance and accumulator, the author proposes a new startup power system composed of two accumulators and super capacitance. According to thedesign, the accumulator group is used to charge super capacitance before starting the engine, simultaneously close up the startup circuits, and initiate the startup together before full charge. The new starting power system enjoys long life, good applicability, few maintenance and low cost on manpower and material resources.
