江苏农民文化程度与农民收入对应分析

Correspondence Analysis on Farmer's Income and Literacy Level in Jiangsu

江苏作为一个农村经济强省,提高农民的科技文化素质仍然是增加农民收入的关键。运用对应分析方法对2012年江苏农村劳动力文化程度与农村居民人均纯收入之间的相互关系进行分析。结果表明,劳动力受教育程度对农民人均纯收入有着明显的正向影响,随着农村劳动力文化程度的提高,其人均纯收入明显向高收入层次靠近,高中及以上文化程度的劳动力其人均纯收入大多数进入高水平行列。在此基础上,提出了提高农村劳动力科技文化素质,加快培育新型职业农民的对策建议。

Improving farmers＂ technological skills and literacy is the key to increasing their income in Jiangsu, a rural econ- omy province. Using correspondence analysis, the relationship between the literacy level of rural labor force and the aver- age annual income is analyzed. Results show that literacy level has positive significance on farmers＂ average annual income. It put forward suggestions of improving farmers＂ technological skills and literacy and cultivating new professional farmers.
