农村女性残疾人的社会融合现状研究——以北京市延庆县为例

Research on the Social Inclusion Situation of Disabled Women in Rural Areas——Based on the case of Yanqing County,Beijing

在我国农村地区,女性残疾人是弱势群体中的弱势群体,她们的社会融合情况将直接关系到她们的生存和发展。目前我国对于农村女性残疾人的研究为空白。基于对北京市延庆县的实地调研,从六个方面对农村女性残疾人的社会融合状况进行了调查与分析,从个人、社区及社会三个层面进行了讨论,结果表明目前农村女性残疾人社会融合状况较差,生活质量较低。基于此,建议建立以社区为基础、多元主体共同参与的社会支持体系,扩大农村女性残疾人的社会保障领域,加强农村女性残疾人自我能力建设,以及加大对农村女性残疾人社会融合的研究,从理论和实践层面共同为农村女性残疾人提供更全面更优质的社会生活。

As a disadvantaged group, disabled women＇s social inclusion has much to do with their survival and develop- ment in rural China. Based on the field research in Yanqing county of Beijing, this article analyzes the situations of social inclusion of rural disabled women from six aspects and three levels, and the result indicates that the current state of social inclusion of rural women with disabilities is poor and they have a low quality of life. It suggested that we establish a com- munity-based, multi-subject participatory social support system; expand social security; enforce rural disabled women＇s capacity construction; and strengthen the research on social inclusion of rural women with disabilities, in order to provide a more comprehensive and higher-quality social life from the theoretical and practical aspects.
