Power is formed from the smallest unit in a fragmented manner, specifically from the person＇s body. The body is the main factor of power. In the study of micro operation mechanism of public power in literature and art,＂ body＂ is in the core position. The analysis of internal and external environment of the body mainly goes through the following ways： the subject of literary popularization definition; the relationship between intellectuals and the masses; the formation mech- anism of the public discourse. Through the above analysis, we can see the successful proctice of the popularization of literature and art of Yanan is built on its thoughtful micro power operation mechanism, which embodies the tame function of politics, the gaze effect of workers and peasants, the self transcendence of intellectuals.
