As an extremely important field, the study on English animation movie titles translation has not been touched. Based on the four principles in translating English animation movie titles, translators in China have used amplification, adaptation, free translation and literal translation to translate the animation movie titles which were named after their respective characters, places, times and plots. Their language features can also be summarized as the frequent use of general mobilization, fantasy, four-character structures as well as the occasional use of parody.
