安全环节管理在骨科护理中的应用

The application effect and safety aspects of management of Department of orthopedics nursing

目的：探讨系统性安全环节管理在骨科护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2013年1～12月我院收治的130例骨科患者作为研究对象,将2013年1～6月实施安全环节管理前的65例骨科患者设为对照组,2013年7～12月实施安全环节管理后的65例骨科患者设为观察组,比较两组患者风险事件发生情况、住院时间及护理满意度。结果：观察组风险事件发生情况和住院时间少于对照组（P〈0.05）,护理满意度高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：系统性安全环节管理应用于骨科患者,对于降低护理风险、促进患者更快康复具有积极意义,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the application effect of safety management in department of orthopedics nursing tache in the system of. Methods：We select-ed the first half of 2013 and the second half of 2013 in our hospital department of orthopedics patients,a total of 130 patients as the research object. For the first half of 2013 patients in the Department of orthopedics,not be the implementation of safety management link;and the second half of 2013 in department of orthopedics patients on the implementation of safety management link. To compare risk events in patients before and after the link in the security manage-ment of incidence and length of hospital stay in patients with satisfaction,nursing. Results：The patients in the implementation of safety aspects of manage-ment of risk after the event rate and hospitalization were less than before the implementation,and safety aspects of management satisfaction was significantly higher than that of before implementation （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Systemic safety link management applied to the patients in the department of orthopedics, to reduce the risk of nursing,promote the patient recover faster has positive significance,it is worth the clinical consideration.
