耳鼻咽喉科护理技术操作中潜在风险因素分析与防范措施

Analysis the potential risk and preventive measures of the existence of otorhinolaryngology nursing technical operation

目的:探讨耳鼻咽喉科护理技术操作中潜在的风险因素并提出针对性防范措施。方法:将我院耳鼻咽喉科收治的66例患者随机等分为对照组和研究组,对照组进行常规护理,研究组在此基础上分析护理操作中可能存在的风险并采取针对性防范措施。比较两组患者护理差错发生率及护理满意率。结果:研究组患者的护理满意率高于对照组,护理差错发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对耳鼻咽喉科可能存在的潜在风险进行针对性防范,可有效提升护理质量,降低护理差错发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective：To explore the possible risks in otolaryngology nursing technique ear nose in the process of operation and put forward targeted preven-tive measures. Methods：66 patients in our hospital otolaryngology department were divided into two groups,the control group underwent conventional nurs-ing,the research group on the basis of analysis of nursing operation possible risks and targeted prevention. The nursing error of two groups of patients and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results：the nursing satisfaction in patients of the study group was significantly higher than the control group,the nursing error occurrence rate,significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：In view of the potential risk of otolaryngology possible targeted prevention,can effectively improve the quality of care,reduce the incidence of nursing error,and improve nursing sat-isfaction.
