临床护理人员标准预防知识掌握情况调查与对策

Investigation of standard precaution knowledge level of nursing staff and its countermeasure

目的:了解临床护理人员标准预防知识掌握情况,防止医院感染的发生。方法:自行设计问卷对我院125名临床护理人员进行标准预防知识掌握情况调查。结果:临床护理人员标准预防知识掌握尚未达到良好水平,对存在不足提出相应对策。结论:对临床护理人员进行标准预防知识培训,提高掌握程度十分必要。

Objective：To investigate the clinical nursing standards of preventive knowledge,to prevent the occurrence of hospital infection. Methods：A self-designed questionnaire was standard on 125 clinical nurses in prevention knowledge. Results：The clinical nursing standards of preventive knowledge has not yet reached good level,there were many shortcomings. Conclusion：The quasi prevention knowledge effectively,improve the training of master degree is neces-sary for clinical nursing staff.
