患者未行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术的原因分析与护理

Analysis the cause of no excimer laser surgery and its nursing

目的:探讨拟行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术经眼科术前检查未行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)的原因及护理要点。方法:对拟行LASIK手术的621例1223眼经眼科检查后未行手术的143例280眼进行原因分析并制定相应的护理对策。结果:143例280眼中角膜厚度不足者50例100眼(35.71%);对手术有顾虑者34例68眼(24.29%);考虑看近13例26眼(9.29%);眼底病变10例15眼(5.36%);角膜屈光力过大6例12眼(4.28%);高眼压5例10眼(3.57%);屈光不稳定5例10眼(3.57%);角膜病变2例3眼(1.07%);其他原因18例36眼(12.86%)。结论:LASIK手术具有明显的选择性,必须进行详细的眼科检查;对未做LASIK手术的患者需进行有效的沟通和护理,提高其进行下一步检查和治疗的依从性。

Objective：To discuss the proposed line of excimer laser corneal grinding with in situ by eye preoperative examination no excimer laser surgery （ LASIK） in situ corneal grinding of the cause and the nursing key points. Methods：The fitting line of LASIK surgery of 621 cases with 1223 eyes after oph-thalmic examination no surgery was performed after an analysis of the causes of 143 cases with 280 eyes and formulate the corresponding nursing counter-measures. Results：143 cases with 280 eyes with inadequate corneal thickness of 50 cases of 100 eyes （35. 71%）,surgery have concerns about 34 cases of 68 eyes （24. 29%）,consider the nearly 13 cases 26 eyes （9. 29%）,fundus lesions in 10 cases 15 eyes （5. 36%）,corneal refractive power was too large 6 cases（12 eyes （4. 28%）,high intraocular pressure in 5 cases of 10 eyes （3. 57%）,refractive instability in 5 cases of 10 eyes （3. 57%）,cornea patho-logical changes in 2 cases 3 eyes （1. 07%）,other causes of 18 cases of 36 eyes （12. 86%）. Conclusion：LASIK surgery has obvious selectivity,detailed ophthalmologic examination must be conducted;For not doing LASIK surgery need to have effective communication and care of patients,improve the next check and treatment compliance.
