摘要
目的:探讨新护士岗前培训的方法及效果。方法:针对我院2012年度岗前培训中存在的问题,2013年度对理论培训课程(内容、课时)、技能培训(方法、考核形式)做了相应调整改革,同时增加护理礼仪服务规范相关知识(理论与实际演练结合)。结果:2013年度岗前培训后,新护士的理论与技能成绩与2012年度相比有了进一步提高,新护士对改革后的培训方法满意度提高。结论:改革后的岗前培训方法更加贴近临床,有利于提高护士综合素质,使新护士能更好、更快地适应临床工作。
Objective:To investigate the method and effect of pre job training for new nurses. Methods:According to the existing problems in the 2012 pre job training courses of theoretical training,2013 ( content,class) ,skills training ( methods,examination form) made corresponding changes,while increasing the knowledge of nursing etiquette service specification ( theory and practice combined) . Results:The results of pre job training for new nurses,theory and skill scores compared with 2012 has been further improved ( supplementary Statistics) ,improve the satisfaction of training method after the reform of teachers and nurses ( supplementary statistics) . Conclusion:After the reform of the training method is more close to the clinical, conducive to improving the comprehen-sive quality of nurses,the nurses can better and faster to adapt to clinical work.
