摘要
护理门诊的产生和发展基于成本控制,是减少住院时间和提供更好的出院后康复医疗保健服务等的迫切需求,本研究通过对国内护理门诊的发展现状进行整理分析,剖析了开设护理门诊的必要性、意义和存在的不足,旨在为护理管理者们提供理论依据。
The emergence and development of nurse-led clinic based on demand about cost control,reducing the length of hospital stay,and providing re-habilitation and health care services. In order to provide theoretical basis for nursing managers,we arranged and analyzed the development situation of nurse-led clinic in china,and expounded the necessity,significance and limitations of nurse-led clinic.
