新时期高职院校青年思政教师的师德建设探析

Study on the Youth Teacher's Ethics Construction of New Period in higher vocational colleges

高职院校青年思想政治教育教师的师德建设与提升是提高高职院校思政教育实效性的重要举措,更是构建并践行社会主义核心价值观的内在要求。我国社会经济转型新时期,多元价值思潮、社会消极因素及世俗压力、校园实用主义氛围等挑战并强烈冲击高职院校青年思政教师的主流思想意识与行为德范,因而从以德立教、立德树人、德识相长三方面深入探析高职院校青年思政教师的师德建设与提升。

The youth teachers ethics construction and ascension in higher vocational colleges is not only an important measure to improve the ideological education effectiveness, but also constructing the inner requirement of the socialist core values. The plu- ral value,negative social factors, pressure of secular,pragmatism atmosphere in college,etc, in the economic transition period will bring the strong impact in ideological and ethics of the youth teacher＇s ideology and ethics in higher vocational colleges. So this article study on three aspects：administer country with moral and fostering morality and combination of moral and knowl- edge for the youth teacher＇s ethics construction and ascension in higher vocational colleges.
