摘要
从博弈论视角分析,校企双方在合作过程中存在四种选择策略。企业选择不合作策略的原因包括校企双方利益回报不平衡、话语权不平衡和资源比较优势不平衡,建议明确校企双方在合作过程中的角色定位,建立校企合作关系的协调与实施机制、校企合作目标的共享与信任机制和合作利益的驱动与平衡机制,以推进校企深度合作。
There are four alternative strategies in the process of school--enterprise cooperation based on the concept of Game Theory. Enterprisers non--cooperation is due to unevenly spread over reward, discourse power, comparative advantage of re- source. For advancing school--enterprise deeply cooperating,the given suggestions are to definite each part and do well in the cooperation,to establish the coordination and practice mechanism of the cooperative relationship, the share and trust mechanism of cooperative aims, and the powered and balancing mechanism of cooperative interests.
