十年来我国大学制度比较研究述评

Review of Comparative Studies on University System in China During the Past Decade

大学制度的重要性决定了其在高等教育研究中举足轻重的地位,吸引了许多学者对大学制度研究和大学制度比较研究的投入。通过对从"中国知网"(CNKI)的"中国期刊全文数据库"的"中文社会科学引文索引"(CSSCI)中下载的2003年至2013年期间与大学制度比较研究相关的55篇论文的分析,得出十年来我国大学制度比较研究在整体上呈波动递增态势;涉及12个国家和地区,研究对象主要集中在发达国家;研究维度多样,以制度述评为主;研究力量多元,行政管理人员是重要的研究力量之一。对存在以上现象的原因作出分析,并提出我国大学制度发展的未来展望。

The importance of the university system decides the vital position of higher education research. It attracts many schol- ars to do the research on university system and comparative studies on university system. The author analyzed 55 papers per- taining to foreign university system from ＂Chinese Journal Full--text Database＂ in CNKI between 2003 to 2013 and had found that comparative studies on faculty development during the past ten years in China showed an upward trend in a curve. 12 coun- tries and regions were involved and they were especially focused on a few developed countries with a system review perspective than the angles of history combing, idea explanation and structure analysis. The researchers were in a great number, the adminis- tration staffs were one of the important research effort. In this article, the author tried to find reasons for the status of research and give some suggestions on promoting research on university system in China.
