自然周期与促排卵周期对宫腔内人工授精结局的影响

Influence of Natural Cycle and Induction Ovulation Cycle on Pregnancy Outcome of Intrauterine Insemination

目的分析自然周期与促排卵周期对宫腔内人工授精(IUI)结局的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2007年9月至2014年6月采用自然周期和促排卵方案进行IUI治疗的665对患者(共1 426个周期)的临床资料。结果自然周期组和促排卵周期组多胎妊娠率分别是0.00%和10.24%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间临床妊娠率、自然流产率和异位妊娠率相比均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论自然周期对IUI临床妊娠率、自然流产率和异位妊娠率无明显影响,但降低多胎妊娠率,也许是IUI治疗中一个不错的选择。

Objective To analyze the effect of natural cycle and induction ovulation cycle on pregnancy outcome of intrauterine insemination（IUI）. Methods The clinical data of 665 couples（1 426 cycles） who underwent IUI treatment（with natural cycle and induction ovulation cycle） in our hospital from September 2007 to June 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The multiple pregnancy rate of natural cycle group and induction ovulation cycle group were 0.00% and 10.24% respectively, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The clinical pregnancy rate, abortion rate and ectopic pregnancy rate between two groups had no statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Natural cycle has no obvious effect on pregnancy rate, abortion rate and ectopic pregnancy rate of IUI, but can reduce the multiple pregnancy rate, which may be a good choice for IUI treatment.
