应用健康教育护理路径延续院外癌痛规范化治疗的研究

Research on Health Education Nursing Pathway in Continuing the Standardized Treatment of Cancer-pain Outside the Hospital

目的探讨健康教育路径延续院外癌痛规范化治疗的应用效果。方法将100例癌痛患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组实施常规健康教育,实验组应用健康教育护理路径。比较两组癌痛知识的掌握情况、治疗的依从性、疼痛控制情况和生活质量。结果实验组的癌痛知识掌握情况优于对照组,院外规范化治疗的依从性高于对照组,院外1个月时的NRS评分低于对照组,出院后的生活质量优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对癌痛患者应用健康教育护理路径实施健康教育,可以提高患者对癌痛知识的正确认识及掌握和治疗依从性,有效控制疼痛,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of health education pathway in continuing the standardized treatment of cancer-pain outside the hospital. Methods 100 patients with cancer-pain were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine health education; the experimental group was given health education nursing pathway. The knowledge of cancer-pain, treatment compliance, conditions of pain control and life quality between two groups were compared. Results The knowledge of cancer-pain in experimental group was better than that of control group, the compliance of standardized treatment in experimental group was higher than that of control group, the NRS score of experimental group after leaving hospital for one month was lower than that of control group, the life quality after leaving hospital was better than that of control group, all the difference was statistical（P〈0.05）.Conclusions For patients with cancer-pain, health education nursing pathway can effectively improve their knowledge of cancer-pain,improve the treatment compliance and quality of life, and effectively control the cancer-pain.
