个性化护理模式对轮状病毒腹泻患儿疗效及生活质量的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察并分析个性化护理模式对轮状病毒腹泻患儿疗效及生活质量的影响。方法将90例轮状病毒腹泻患儿随机分为两组各45例。对照组予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上予个性化护理干预。观察比较两组的临床疗效、临床症状改善时间、住院时间和生活质量改善情况。结果研究组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,临床症状改善时间及住院时间显著短于对照组,护理后生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理模式对轮状病毒腹泻患儿疗效及生活质量均具积极影响,且可以快速缓解患儿临床症状,具临床实际应用价值。 Objective To observe and analyze the influence of individualized nursing mode on the efficacy and life quality of children with rotavirus diarrhea. Methods 90 cases of children with rotavirus diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, the study group received individualized nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The clinical effect, improvement time of clinical symptoms, hospitalization time and improvement of life quality in two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group, the improvement time of clinical symptoms and hospitalization time in study group were shorter than those of control group, the life quality score after nursing was higher than that of control group, all the difference was statistical(P〈0.05). Conclusions Individualized nursing mode has positive impact on the efficacy and life quality of children with rotavirus diarrhea, and can quickly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients, which has practical value in clinic.
