摘要
教育实习作为职前教师专业发展的重要组成部分,它是师范院校培养合格教师不可或缺的途径。与传统的教育实习相比,顶岗实习克服了传统教育实习的种种弊端,目前正受到师范类院校的普遍认可与接受。作为一种崭新的实习模式,师范生在顶岗实习中仍然存在指导和管理方面的诸多问题,需要进一步加以改进。
instead of getting a good teaching effect ,traditional internship has various drawbacks .As an important section of professional development before career and one of the results of internship reform ,post internship is an indispensable method to cultivate qualified teachers and has been generally accepted by normal colleges .However ,there are also problems existing in such a novel internship mode ,which requires improvement.
