基于多方协同的师范生实习支教路径探索——广州大学城市化进程中城市周边农村学校实习支教研究

摘要 综观实习支教政策推出以来,虽然确实对农村学校起到了重要的援助作用,但却难以保证师范生教育实习的质量。针对这种现状,广州大学在广州地区农村学校实施师范生实习支教工程,探索研究城市化进程中城市周边农村学校的多方协同实习支教路径。通过多方协同组织针对性岗前培训与强化指导、实施多方协同参与式管理与科学评价,促进师范生实践性知识的形成,强化了师范生的专业素质和从教技能,提升了农村中小学的教学质量。 Since the policy of in- post teaching practice was introduced, the in-post teaching practice has indeed played an important role in rural schools, but it is difficult to guarantee the quality of educational practice of normal college students. In view of tiffs situation, Guangzhou University launches the in-post teaching practice in rural schools in Guangzhou area. And the multi-collaborative path of in-post teaching prac- tice of rural schools in the urbanization is studied. Through organizing pertinent pre-job training and strengthening the guidance, carrying out the participatory management system of multi-collaboration and conducting fair assessment to promote the formation of normal students' practical knowledge,their professianal quality and teaching skills are strengthened, and the teaching quality in primary and middle schools of rural area are improved as well.
