摘要
存在主义哲学是针对理性主义哲学的一个重要的人文主义哲学流派,它形成于两次世界大战的浩劫中,主张"存在先于本质",重视人的个性发展,鼓励人们进行人生选择。存在主义哲学对于中国大学教师的教学观有重要的启示,文章从教学目的、教学方法、师生关系以及培养学生的责任感四个方面进行论述,以期为当前大学教师的教学观转变指引方向。
Existentialism is an important philosophical school of humanism against rationalism, which formed in the two world wars. Existentialism proposes "existence precedes essence", pays attention to the development of human personality, and encourages people to make life choices. Existentialism has important enlightenment on Chinese university teaching view. The details are discussed from four aspects:teaching purpose, teaching methods, teacher-student relationships and the development of students' sense of responsibility. Hopefully it can direct the college teacher's teachirtg view.
